comfortable clothing and bring a mat and water.

Carrie Gronli has been practicing Pilates for over 10 years and has been teaching it for 4 years. She is certified in group fitness, personal training, youth fitness, and nutrition coaching. Her passion is teaching Pilates, but also enjoys teaching yoga, body works, boot camp, and kickbox cardio.
