Afton Apple Orchard Hayride

Celebrate fall with a fun evening at Afton Apple Orchard! Enjoy a hayride through the
apple orchard and out to the pumpkin patch. Along the way, you'll learn how to pick
apples, why bees are so important to the orchard, and how the staff care for the trees
throughout the season.
Each participant will pick two apples, choose a small pumpkin (about the size of a
cantaloupe), and enjoy a 3 oz. sample of fresh apple cider.
Please dress for the weather. This tour is not wheelchair accessible. Meet at Afton Apple
Orchard, 14421 S. 90th St., Hastings. Please arrive early, as the tour will leave promptly at
6:00 p.m. Look for the "Community Bridge Meets Here" sign.
Staff are welcome to attend and pay the same $15 fee if participating in the hayride.
