Tumbling Fundamentals-Beginning (Ages 6-12)
Course Description: This class focuses on building strong foundational tumbling skills while progressing through our beginnercurriculum. Athletes will work on proper technique, body control, coordination, and safe skill execution in a positive and encouraging environment.Athlete Attire: Athletes should wear athletic clothing, such as shorts or fitted athletic pants with an athletic top. Please avoidoverly loose clothing. Athletes may participate barefoot or wear clean indoor athletic shoes. Hair should be pulled back and off the face, and jewelry is not permitted during class.Skills Learned/Workout: Basic Motor Development, Basic Body Positions: pike, tuck, straddle, straight stand, Tumbling lunge, Lever, Forward roll, Backward roll, Bridge/elbow bridge, Beginner handstand, Cartwheel. Coaches provide structured instruction focused on proper technique, safety, confidence, and teamwork in a fun and supportive environment. 10 classes per sessionClass Attire & Requirements: Athletic shorts or fitted athletic pants with a fitted tank top or t-shirt are recommended. Intro to All Stars (Ages 6-12)
Course Description: Intro to All Stars is an 8-week program designed for athletes ages 6 and up who are interested in learning thefoundations of All Star cheerleading. Course Description: Glow PartyLet’s GLOW crazy at MX!Get ready for the ultimate glow party filled with dancing, music, games, and nonstop fun. Athletes are encouraged to wear their brightest neon colors and come ready to light up the gym with their MX friends. Participants will learn fun dances, enjoy glow-in-the-dark activities, play games, and party the night away at an event they won’t forget. Camp activities include a glow dance party, fun dances and games, glow-themed activities, music, and high-energy fun throughout the evening.Class Attire & Requirements: Athletes should wear comfortable athletic clothing and their brightest neon colors. With SAHR Sports Participants rotate through a variety of gym-based games and team challenges designed to build teamwork, coordination, and movement skills.
