Have a fun night out making two colorful fused glass butterflies (about 4.5 in by 4 in). Decorate your unique butterflies with specialties glass (dichroic, Murrine, stringers and more) The pieces will be fused and slumped after the class and hangers added. Butterflies will be available for pickup 7-10 days after the class. All materials and tools are provided with a supply fee. The material fee is $25 payable to the instructor. This class is designed for adults with cognitive disabilities and is partly supported by state funds and a grant from the Kinney Family Foundation. It combines two forms of glass art: mosaicking and glass fusing! Create a dramatic fused mosaic six-inch plate or candle holder. Your design will be embellished with colorful glass pieces, dichroic glass, stringer, murrines, and pebbles. Once completed, your creation will be fired by the instructor (allow 7–10 days). Participants will pick up their finished pieces from the instructor’s home.

Enjoy a fun filled evening - making three imaginative fused glass pendants or refrigerator magnets. There will be a wide assortment of different color glass to use in your pendants and fun embellishments - dichroic glass, multifloras, frit, stringers and dots. If there is time during the class, additional pieces can be made for additional cost. The pendants will be ready for pickup about 7-10 days after the class. Use fusible glass to make sparkly snowflakes that will last for many winters. Participants will create 2 glass snowflakes. Your design will be embellished with dichroic glass, glass frit, glass stringer, and glass pebbles. Additional snowflakes can be made for an additional charge. Once done, your creation will be fired by the instructor (7-10 days required). Participants need to make arrangements to pick up their pieces from the instructor’s home.
