Poses are practiced while sitting on a chair or standing with the chair for support, there is no need to move up and down from the floor. Build balance, flexibility, and strength in a safe and supportive environment. You may participate in person at Gladstone or join online via Zoom. Accommodations can be made for all abilities. Yoga is practiced without wearing socks or shoes. You may attend in person at Gladstone or Online via Zoom. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and water. Class also offered via Zoom – register using the V code. For Classes at Gladstone Park in the main lot on Manton St and enter through door 1E. Adaptive Chair YogaSports, Exercise & RecreationRefresh your mind and body with this gentle and relaxing form of exercise! Instructor Gil will guide participants through a series of breathing and stretching exercises suitable for ALL abilities. Yoga mats available but bring your own if desired.
