  • Feel Good Series: Exercise to Keep You Moving
    Fitness and Wellness

    "Seated Exercise to Keep You Moving" is an interactive class designed to help older adults explore safe, effective ways to stay active — all from a seated position. Led by occupational therapist Jordan Zilisch, this session debunks common myths about aging and exercise, and introduces gentle movement options like chair yoga, tai chi, and upper/lower body strengthening. Participants will learn warm-up techniques, simple routines for building strength and flexibility, and easy ways to add more movement into everyday life. No special equipment or experience needed — just a willingness to move!

  • Feel Good Series: Happy Feet
    Fitness and Wellness

    "Happy Feet" is a fun and practical class all about keeping your feet healthy, strong, and comfortable as you age. Led by occupational therapist Jordan Zilisch, this session covers the basics of foot health, common age-related changes, and simple ways to care for your feet at home. Participants will learn how to spot foot problems early, what role a podiatrist can play, and how to choose proper footwear that supports mobility and balance. The class also includes easy foot exercises to promote strength, flexibility, and overall comfort— because healthy feet help keep you moving!
