Using lightly-weighted drumsticks (Ripstix®), you’ll strike your way through 15,000+ beats to scorch calories, strengthen your core, and have a blast. All ages and fitness levels are welcome! Bring to class an exercise/yoga mat and water, and get ready to sweat, tone, and rock out! Students under 17 must attend with a registered adult.
