Discover fresh, seasonal recipes featuring wild rice, quinoa, fruits, and greens. Enjoy dishes such as wild rice with chicken breast, wild rice with fresh mushrooms and cashews, a vegetarian quinoa salad with multi-colored peppers, a fruit salad with cantaloupe, strawberries, and orange sauce, and a raspberry-spinach salad with glazed pecans. You’ll also learn three easy dressings (Feta, creamy blue cheese, and orange) to pair with your favorite garden greens. Bring containers to take home your samples.
$16 food fee payable to the instructor at class (cash only)
