Curious about drones? This beginner-friendly class introduces you to the exciting world of aerial drones, also known as small unmanned aerial vehicles (sUAVs) or systems (sUAS). You'll learn:  The wide range of drone uses—from recreation to commercial applications

•  Types of drones, including DIY builds, FPV first-person view), and ready-to-fly camera kits
•  How to choose the right drone for your needs
• Where, when, and how to fly safely and legally
•  Key airspace rules, FAA regulations, and practical safety tips
•  An overview of drone registration, certification, and the FAA TRUST (Recreational UAS Safety Test)

Weather permitting, a live drone demonstration will be included. If you already have a drone, feel free to bring it along!
