Story Telling Through Mask Making
Create colorful bird masks and act out the story of how many tropical birds earned their colors through the story 'Rainbow Snake'!
Story telling through mask making will expose participants to the joy of creation and play! Read the folk tale of 'Rainbow Snake' (Venezuela) and then create colorful bird masks while talking about creation and design. At the end of class, participants will then act out parts of the story while wearing their mask! Great for exploring theatre, visual art, and engaging with other participants!
