Self-Defense Workshop for Women & Girls
This self-defense seminar is designed to help you build the confidence, awareness, and practical skills needed to respond effectively in dangerous situations that are common and unique to women. Participants ages 13 and older will learn strategies to help protect themselves through situational awareness, verbal intervention techniques, preemptive tactics, escape maneuvers, physical self-defense skills, and the safe use of self-defense devices.
You will also explore the importance of mindset and mental preparedness, which play a critical role in staying calm, making quick decisions, and successfully handling threatening encounters. The goal is to help you feel more empowered, aware, and prepared to respond quickly and effectively in real-world situations.
Participants ages 13 to 17 must attend with a registered adult.
