Learn to KayakFitness and WellnessThe Learn to Kayak program offers adults a supportive, beginner-friendly introduction to kayaking in a small-group setting. Designed for those with little or no prior experience, this course focuses on safety, foundational paddling techniques, and building confidence on the water. Instruction begins on land, where participants learn essential kayaking skills, equipment use, and water safety procedures. The class then transitions to on-water practice at a calm, kayak-friendly body of water, allowing participants to apply skills in a controlled and encouraging environment. Safety awareness and proper technique are emphasized throughout the program.
