POUND® Rock Out to Work Out!
Channel your inner rockstar in this high-energy cardio jam session! Using lightly-weighted drumsticks (Ripstix®), you’ll strike your way through 15,000+ beats to scorch calories, strengthen your core, and have a blast. All ages and fitness levels are welcome!
Bring to class an exercise/yoga mat and water, and get ready to sweat, tone, and rock out!
Students under 17 must attend with a registered adult.

Nichole became a certified POUND® instructor in 2021 after years of being hooked as a participant—finally finding a workout she LOVES! In 2025, she was selected as a Brand Ambassador and proudly joined the POUND® TOUR CREW.
Her mission? To show that POUND® is for everybody and every BODY. In her classes, you won’t just work out—you’ll make noise, feel strong, and become the music. Let’s rock!
