Learn to create the rolled Norwegian cookie krumkake, anise-flavored Italian pizzelle, and chewy almond Swedish sandbakkelse baked in tiny tins to resemble tarts and rosettes, the Scandinavian delicacy. Expect great recipes and the many tips and techniques to make your baking successful! Please bring containers to take your creations safely home. A $15 supply fee is due to the instructor in class.
