Adult Pottery - Hand Building & Wheel Instruction with Stoneware Clay
In this three-session pottery class, you will be introduced to the basics of hand-building, wheel throwing, and glazing. Using stoneware clay and earth-tone glazes, you will create your own ceramic pieces while learning to use an electric potter’s wheel, slab roller, and extruder. The first two sessions focus on creating your projects, and the final session is dedicated to glazing and finishing your work. Please bring an apron or towel to class. A $40 supply fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of the first session.
