This presentation introduces legal health screenings, like the Minnesota Legal Risk Detector, as practical tools for identifying risks related to the decision making, housing, finances and personal safety. The presentation is designed for both medical professionals (including care managers, social workers, and community providers), Attendees will learn how integrating legal screening into everyday practice supports better outcomes, strengthens care planning, and connects individuals to timely legal resources.
