Tai Chi - Level 1 is a great introduction to this traditional Chinese exercise practice. You’ll learn a series of slow, graceful, low-impact movements combined with focused breathing techniques that can help improve your balance, flexibility, relaxation, and overall well-being.

Whether you’re new to Tai Chi or looking for a gentle way to stay active, this class will help you build a foundation while exploring the many benefits of regular practice. Discover how Tai Chi can enhance your physical fitness, create a greater sense of calm, and support your energy and vitality.

No previous Tai Chi experience is needed.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing and nonslip socks, or practice barefoot.

Master Jeff Wood, 5th Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, has been teaching martial arts and Tai Chi for the past 27 years. He is the President/C.E.O. of the Young Americans Schools of Self-Defense. He also holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Central Michigan University.
