T-Ball/Softball League- North St PaulSports, Exercise & RecreationThis class is specifically designed for adults with cognitive disabilities, providing an inclusive and engaging sports experience. Join one of the three Community Bridge Consortium beginner-level softball/t-ball teams for an opportunity to learn and enjoy the game. Participants will hit the ball, run the bases, and play various in-field positions. Each player will receive a team T-shirt and a participation medal for the season. Batters can choose to hit from a batting "T" or from a coach-pitched ball. The season includes practices, scrimmages, and a final Saturday tournament on June 6.
