With Skyhawks Sports AcademyThis fun, skill-intensive program is designed for beginning to intermediate players. Using our progression-based curriculum, we focus on the whole player - teaching sportsmanship and teamwork. Boys and girls will learn the fundamentals of passing, shooting, ball handling, rebounding and defense through skill-based instruction and small-sided scrimmages. - Ages 4 to 7 (Participant to coach ratio approximately 8:1)- Ages 6 to 12 (Participant to coach ratio approximately 10:1) Not every age group is available in every market. This multi-sport program was developed to give children a positive first step into athletics. The essentials of baseball, basketball and soccer are taught in a safe, structured environment with lots of encouragement and a big focus on fun. Our Mini-Hawk games and activities were designed to allow campers to explore balance, movement, hand/eye coordination, and skill development at their own pace. Skyhawks staff are trained to handle the specific needs of young athletes.

This style of walking will increase your heartrate and create resistance to build better bone density while working your upper body as well as your legs. It uses specially designed poles-not to be confused with trekking poles - to enhance your natural walking experience. Burn more calories, improve your posture and gait. Enjoy a fun and relaxing paint date with a partner ages 8 and up! Working side by side, you will each paint one half of a canvas while receiving step-by-step guidance from a professional artist. As you create, your individual paintings will gradually become part of a larger picture. At the end of class, the two halves will come together to reveal one complete artwork that you can proudly take home. No painting experience is necessary. All art supplies are provided.
