In this fun and supportive class, we’ll explore ways to recognize our feelings and make thoughtful choices about what to do next. Through games, real-life scenarios, and group activities, we’ll practice identifying different emotions, learning how our feelings affect our actions, taking a “pause” before reacting, and choosing responses that help us feel proud and confident. Leave with simple tools you can use at home, with friends, at work, and in the community. Pick Flowers & Make Your Own BouquetHobby & LeisureCome enjoy flowers and time outdoors at Pine Hill Flowers in Woodbury! In this relaxed, hands-on class, your instructor will show how to pick flowers and arrange them into a bouquet. Then you will walk through the flower field, choose your favorite flowers, and create your own bouquet. This class is fun, creative, and a great way to enjoy nature with others. Create one large bouquet per registered participant to take home. (No vase provided.) Caregivers are welcome to come along to support their attendee. Class meets outdoors at Pine Hill’s You-pick Flower Garden on Dale Road between Radio Drive and Woodbury Drive. Please wear comfortable shoes for walking in the garden.
